HAPPND organises and links to reporting produced by other organisations. Headlines, descriptions, thumbnails, videos and documents remain the property of their publishers and rights holders. We display metadata, permitted snippets and official embeds, and we link to the original. Nothing here transfers any right in that material to you.
Story organisation, summarisation and research packaging are automated and AI-assisted. They can be incomplete or wrong. HAPPND is provided “as is”, without any warranty that content is accurate, current or fit for a particular purpose. Do not rely on HAPPND for legal, financial, medical, safety or emergency decisions — consult the original sources and qualified professionals.
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials safe. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to circumvent limits, scrape at scale, or use HAPPND to harass others or distribute unlawful material.
Do not attempt to break authentication or access data belonging to other users, do not resell or bulk-redistribute the corpus, and do not present HAPPND output as verified fact. Automated access outside the product interface is not permitted without written agreement.
Features may change, be limited by fair-use quotas, or be withdrawn. Paid plans, if and when introduced, will be described clearly before any charge is made; no payment is taken today.
